Versa on Xiaomi Mi A2 device?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just found out that my device is not listed as supported device. I was considering to buy Fitbit Versa or maybe charge 3 but it made me doubt my decision 😞 What makes compatibility device specific if it's android device and has required hardware? Can someone help me with this? Thanks.

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @mher594, let me give you a warm Welcome to our Community. I'll be happy to answer to this question.

I confirmed that this phone is not a 100% compatible device but you can keep checking the official list to see if there are any updates to it.

The developer team is aware of the need to add new devices to the list of compatible devices. There are some users who can synchronize with non-compatible devices. If your phone meets the requirement, the tips on this helpful article about syncing.

Note that we can't guarantee that the synchronization will be successful as we are still testing on this phone model.

Thank you for your understanding. If you have any further questions, please let me know!Cat Happy

That sucks. I know my wife's Chrage 2 synced with the Xiaomi A2 lite pretty quickly.

unfortunately the fitbit versa can't synchronize with Xiaomi mi A2. It doesn't get any Bluetooth connection. I deinstalled the App several times and rebooted my versa or even set it to factory settings, but it doesn't help me either way.

That sucks 😞 I wanted to go with Fitbit but then found out they are not supporting Mi A2. Now I have Garmin device which works fine with Mi A2. If they can support why can't Fitbit?

Thanks for stopping by @dowjustin, @myriambck and @mher594!

The Fitbit app is compatible with more than 200 Apple, Android, and Windows 10 phones and tablets. We're continually adding more devices and improving our compatibility, so if you don't see your device on the list check back soon.

Alternatively, you can use the Fitbit app for Windows 10 on your computer, or use Fitbit Connect to sync with a Mac or Windows 8.1 computer to access your data and take advantage of the many features of your Fitbit device. For more information, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

I greatly appreciate your feedback, it is always useful. We keep working to offer you the best experience with our products.

I'll be around if you need anything else.

Hey,

You said that I can use the Fitbit for Mac app to connect with my Versa, but the FitBit does not have the option to sync with the Versa. Now my Fitbit Versa is completely useless.
