Versa power and BMP issues

My new versa drains a full charge every day. Today the BPM died in the pool. Getting a replacement :). After a total factory reset process, my present versa is losing its charge rapidly. No lights on for the bpm....it has problems.

@Fitguy2019 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa's battery is draining quickly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. Turn off the heart rate, save and sync and turn it on and save a sync again.

The Fitbit is totally dead now. Went from a full charge to dead overnight,
and now will not turn on nor accept a charge at all.
