I am so fed up with this watch! I have to reset following the help guielines almost daily to sync steps to app. The message notifications are a joke, either dont come through at all or you repeatedly receive old deleted messages that you cant clear! You should not have to reset watch, force app closed, turn off bluetooth, restart phone...and repeat constantly to get the darn thing to work. Poor show with this one Fitbit, had none of these issues with my charge 2! Seriously dissapointed 😐
Oh almost forgot the sleep monitor does not work properly either!
When are these issues going to be fixed ???

- Do you still have the Charge 2 around? Is it being used?
- What phone is it that you are using?
