I have a charge 2 and a Huawei Y6 2018 phone. The issue I have is that my watch will not notify me of text/messenger. I do however get notified when my Samsung tablet is on. Is this a problem with this phone ?

Welcome to the Forums @JKH58.

 

Let me help you figure out what is going on.

 

This might be happening because the Charge 2 has bonded to the tablet and thus it can't do the same with the phone. Whenever notifications are set up with one device, it bonds and thus it can't connect in the same way with another. I'd recommend that you try to go into the tablet's Bluetooth settings and then remove your Fitbit as a paired device. After that, set up notifications once again in the phone and that should do the job.
