Hi, I have been unable to set-up my new Versa on my phone. I have had a Blaze for a while so familiar with the process! I have unpaired the Blaze and followed all of the advice for trouble-shooting, but still no luck. The phone is picking up the Blaze (I tested to repair it) but just not finding the Versa.
Any tips?

You might need to move the Blaze out of range of the Versa while setting up.
Try that and let us know.

Just hid the Blaze well out of range and still no luck. my daughter tried on her i-phone and didn't pick up either.
Should the screen on the Versa stay lit when it is in the charger? It stays lit for a short time then goes black.

@Rockym2 it doesn't show the screen the whole time it's charging.
Did you try restarting the Versa?

I think you're right, I need to contact Fitbit Customer Support.
