I am currently using an LG G6 on the latest version of the Android app. I realized this morning that I had not sync'd since Thursday. I had turned all day sync off when the Android app issues were going on last week. I turned all day sync back on and click to sync. My Versa then shut down. This happened many times. Between tries I have restarted my phone, restarted my Versa and shut bluetooth on and off again a few times. Each time when it tries to sync the Versa shuts down and I have to restart by pressing left and bottom right buttons, or it sometimes comes back on its own after a couple minutes.
I should note that until I tried to sync in the app, my Versa was connected to my phone because I was getting notifications on it as early as this morning.
The next step I took was to re-pair it with my phone. Removed the versa from the bluetooth settings and my account and went to reset it up. It got to the point where the app asked for the 4 digit code, and the Versa gave it, but then when at the Connecting... on the phone, the Versa shuts down. I have also tried re-installing the App with the same results.
I know the next step is factory resetting the Versa but I really hate to lose the last few days activity. This will be my 5th time having to do this. Every time I switch phones or anything the only way to reconnect seems to be a factory reset. Starting to get tired of going through all this.
So just coming here to see if there are any options or other steps I should take when my phone cannot sync to the Versa.

The same problem. I have an LG 6 and I have to hand it to you because you're very persistent. I've had it for 3 days and I've had nothing but trouble syncing. Restarted phones uninstalled and reinstalled apps on and on. I'm sending it back.

I ended up getting it to sync up to my Essential phone without having to factory reset. But that is not my main phone right now so I will try again today. . I go back and forth between them. I have had it working in the past with the G6.

So never checked it, but appears that none of the LG G# are on the compatible list. So I guess FitBit helping me is out. No other smart watch I have used stated they only work on certain Android phones. Its unreal that it could connect to the point that I get notifications, but not to sync causing me to have to go through all this. Note that in the past it has worked on this phone. Of course the Essential Phone is not on the list either.

This is my problem,tried syncing with Moto4, suggested factory shutdown now fails to restart Versa charged..What's next I hate to stop trying since it was a guft
