When I want to sync my wristband I need to "force sync" (unpairing/repairing Versa with phone Bluetooth) and going to the section (sleep/steps/etc) to try to provoke the numbers to show. If I don't it might skip a day of information entirely. Of course that means that I can't use any of the features on the watch that require instant Bluetooth connection.
Anyway - then when I can see that my latest steps have been synced and want to look at, fx, yesterday's sleep. I can see that the sleep phases are actually recorded and starting and finishing time as well. But the sum calculated by the app which is shown in the list and above the figure of the sleep phase curves, is 0. I mean, even when the data seems to finally have been synced, it's still not displayed right. Is it possible for the wristband/app to only sync some of the information? Can I do anything so it will just start syncing normally/cuntinuously and display my stats right?

Hi @Piwi. So sorry to hear about your issues. The Versa is such a great device. The first thing I would suggest is a reset. Instructions are here. Please try it a couple of times to make sure the Fitbit logo appears.
Then, close the Fitbit app on your phone and follow the instructions here to turn your Versa off. Wait a few minutes ... turn the Versa back on ... open the Fitbit app ... and try to sync.
You’ve done some good trouble shooting. Hopefully this will get everything back to where it should be. Please let us know how it goes.

Hi! Not really. This trick, restarting watch and bluetooth, makes it resync, but I have to do it again when I want to do anything with apps or clock faces on the watch. Or just when it's been a few days since I last synced. Active sync (the "constant" syncing option) messes it up even further. Also can't use fitbit pay. So all this thing about not having to bring out your phone.. Not working for me.

I switched to amazafit bip. Works right out of the box and only cost 80 bucks. I'm thinking Fitbit doesn't need any money from the Android community . If a 80 dollar smartwatch can keep the Bluetooth connection all day and night, obviously the software could be adapted by Fitbit to work .They just don't want to invest the time.
