Hi all
Since the upgrade, after waking my versa is hours behind and only rights itself if I connect to my phone. This morning it was three hours and some minutes behind. It's like the time stops when I sleep. It's affecting the sleep app. It's telling me I only had three hours and some minutes sleep. I haven't travelled and the fact that it's not full hours makes me think there is a problem. Any ideas?

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Versa it should display the correct time.
However, this may be fixed by updating the time zone setting in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please see our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
