I have followed all steps. Uninstalled the app. Force restarted my versa. Removed the pairing of my versa with my app. And now I cant get them to pair at all. I have started and stopped by bluetooth. Removed every other pairing. I cannot get them to pair
Please help!

I am having the same issue with versa not syncing to Samsung s8.. I have also tried all of the above . Hours and hours trying and nothing!!!

What ended up working for me was in pairing everything... Waiting a day or so... Then I paired back another pairing... Making sure I aloud all the things it needed to pair... Waited another day and did a new setup and pairing for my versa ... It all worked and I have not have any more issues... Good luck...

When this started, I unpaired my Versa, on my Galaxy 8 plus....now, it's not showing at all to pair it. I've done all the steps.

I bought new fitbit versa and it wont connect at all to my s8 Galaxy .totally dead in the water.
