Versa won't get call notifications

I just got ,my versa 2 watch 4 days ago.  In set it up with my Samsung galaxy s7 edge.  I was getting notifications from text and messenger but not incoming calls. I would get notified of missed calls but not inckming.  I checked to make sure phone was checked and I checked it but when I closed and reopen it showed that when I closed it the switched would turn itself off and switch back on after I opened the notifications page.  I don't know why?  

Then when I first set up and sync my devices it gave me 3 different messaging apps I could pick and so I picked the one I use but as I returned the next day when I realized I wasn't receiving messenger notifications (which is how I receive alot of my messages) I could only pick either text messages or messenger not both as in the beginning and initially messenger wasn't an option to pick.  Please help I like this watch and I haven't had it a week yet but if I can't fix these 2 problems I'm going to have to send it back and I really don't want to.  

I bought from HSN.com so if I do send back would I send back to them or fit bit?

In order to better assist you, could you please attach me a photo of the message that you're getting every time you open the Fitbit app? To attach a pic, see this post.

In the meantime, I'd recommend to follow the troubleshooting steps provided in the help article: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Hi @MarreFitbit , I have the same issue as @Tennurse . I am using Fitbit versa for 2 days now and synced it to my galaxy S7 phone. I cannot receive notifications from messenger calls and samsung system app which is called Baby Cry Detector. Other than mentioned such as phone calls, text and messenger chats, it went through my fitbit.

I have already unistalled & reinstalled fitbit app and also turn the bluetooth on and off. I am going to attach photos but the camera icon in this reply message works as edit image instead of letting me choose picture.

Can you help assist me to receive messenger calls and system notification please?

In addition, I just noticed that gmail notifications not working also.
