My watch is locked - it says to use phone to unlock. This has been happening since I tried to get the wallet to work. Now when I focinto Device Lock to try to fix it - my versa just continues to say "connecting" -never does anything else.

The 'Back' button refers to the button on the left side of the Fitbit. The side that has only one button, that's the one the article is referring to.
