Also Swipe the app out of memory. Then thorough the phones setting stop the app then clear the cache
Best AnswerThere appears to be a serious issue with 3.18 and 3.19. While it manifests slightly different on different phones, it prevents devices from syncing with the app. On mine (which I keep reporting on different threads and with customer service), I have a No Internet Connection notice, which I clearly have because I am currently using my phone to type this. No one in these threads is addressing the core issue and people from Fitbit keep citing the same restart information that doesn't help. It is frustrating.
