Versa won't sync with Huawei P20 Pro

Hello,

My Fitbit has not synced to my Huawei p20 pro for a long time now (last synced on 20th November). I have tried everything on here to get it to sync it like restarting the watch, unpairing the device and updating the app and still nothing. Has anyone got any advice on how to fix this as it it getting a little frustrating and I currently get no use from this watch other than being able to tell the time.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too, I understand how frustrating this situation can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
