Display only showing Fitbit logo

I have just received nu new Fitbit Charge 3. However  my screen is not active, I cannot remove the Fitbit logo. How  to proceed?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Charge 3 following the steps that are specified on this help article and then initiate the setup process. Please check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your Fitbit.
