Versa won't sync

Versa lost its sinc, tried rebooting, reinstalling, nothing works.  What works very disappointed, on fitbit quality.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for mentioning all of the steps that you have tried to get it to work.

 

In this case I'd like to ask you to try to follow the steps listed in this help article. While some of the steps in there you have already tried, please go through all of them in order.

 

On top of that, I'd like to ask what phone is it that you are using to sync your Versa.
