Same issue. My Versa stopped syncing periodically last week, then consistantly. Now won't sync at all. The time is wrong, I get no notifications. I've been on the phone with Fitbit at least 4 times trying different things. Nothing. They finally blamed a firmware issue on a recent Android update. Asked me to be patient and the engineers are working on it. Over $200 for a watch that only counts my steps at this point. I'll wait another few days and Fitbit will have to reimburse me or send me another watch. Then I may just get a Garmin
Best AnswerI had the same issue, but the app update earlier this week fixed the syncing issue. Unfortunately my battery is still draining, despite trying all the obvious remedies.
Anyone having a sudden battery issue? Mine was fine last week, now dies within a half day...
