Versa wont connect/sync to my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge

Hi there, i have had trouble with the connections with my phone and my fitbit. i go through all the trouble shooting steps of the forums and threads but nothing will work. it is deeply frustrating when it connects then a few min later it wont reconnect via bluetooth and give me notifications. i have had this issue with it for a few months normally the resets would work but not this time. I am just looking for a solution and i have tried all the trouble shoots they work for a day or two then it wont reconnect

Hello @Jhansen15. yes we know that you will not be able to connect through Bluetooth, you should see wrong password or rejected by the Versa. 

Is your tracker setup to your Fitbit account? 

I'm not sure if it is a setup or sync issue.

Steps users have found helpful. 

Have you removed the tracker from your phones Bluetooth 

Cleared the fitbit's app cache? 

Updated the Fitbit app? 

Restarted the tracker? 

Restarted the phone? 

Powered off both the Versa (through settings/about) and/or phone? 

Removed the Fitbit app and installed fresh? 

Also the help docs have steps but most will be covered with the above steps.
