Versa wont sync to my phone anymore

When i first got it last year it worked fine until a few weeks ago. It wouldnt sync to my phone. What's happening?

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

 

Note that fitbits only have enough storage to hold up to 7 days of detailed data between syncs. After that it starts holding the data at a daily summary level. So, once you get things working again your data may look a little strange.
