This versa watch is the biggest piece of trash that was ever made and why does FITBIT refuse to address the on going issues?  I can't sync and now my clock has face stopped working and it has taken me over 30 mins to get another clock face. 

Just ranting about this $200.00 aggravation that never works properly and no solution from the MIA creator.  Done with this watch and fit bit.

Have you tried pressing the left button and lower right button at the same time until you see the Fitbit diamond?

I finally got a clock face to load after 30 minutes but I can't see this clock face as well as the one Fitbit made me get rid of.   The watch still struggles to sync and nothing I do makes this go away.

After struggling with a couple of issues, I called customer support. They
were very helpful and the problems were resolved easily.
