I have a Versa  I recent received a replacement and now it is having issues  It keeps goi to the notification /screen wake and will not go to clock face  I have tried resetting it many times although it does stop for a little bit it goes right back to that screen . Anyone else having this problem  if so any solutions ? It is really getting annoying because it is locking up on that screen  Thanks 15627742899572427304143790196367.jpg

You normally get to that screen by pressing and holding the left button so it sounds like the button is getting stuck. Try cleaning / releasing it using something like an old toothbrush or a can of compressed air.

 

If you can't fix then, as you've tried restarting it, I would treat it as a possible hardware issue and contact customer support. If they can't fix it, they can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com

I'll try that today. My warranty is up Monday the 15th. This is a
replacement that I received in May for my original Versa because it was
defective in water. I appreciate your help and advice on the problem.
