Hello,
Until last week I had no problems. But suddenly my charge 3 doesnt sync anymore with fitbit software on my samsung A5.
I allready reboot the fitbit and reinstalled the software. The Bluetooth connection keep failing. What is wrong?

Welcome to the Forums @Sylf4.
Thanks for bringing this up and sharing all the steps that you have already tried to get the Charge 3 to sync.
This could be happening because the A5 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone. It is possible that an update on the app caused further optimization issues.
As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.
If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Same issue. My charge 3 did the firmware update and now it won't sync to anything at all!
Droid Z Force - Reinstalled app, logged out, restarted tracker, hangs on sync page when you type in the four digit request code.
Windows 10 app with fitbit dongle - Cannot find tracker
Windows 10 with bluetooth - Same thing as android, hangs on pairing.
Spoke to tech support about this once already, did the exact same steps as before and no luck. Prior to the firmware the tracker with sync with everything no problems at all. After the update, will not sync with anything.
