While having problems with trackers not found with version 3.1, the latest version 3.5 have still syncing issues. My Flex is now found, but doesn't sync automaticallly. Also other problems occures, like some fitbits do show the wrong caller (as my wifes fitbit does) and the syncing service on the phone keeps running over and over again, even when the app is not set to sync. I can't believe that there are still so many problems after the many problems reported after version 3.1.
This is a lack of thouroughly testing! Many people are affected with this, and it's very frustrating having a Fitbit which does not work as should. I have a smartwatch which can do far more things than what the fitbit does, for the same price as a fitbit. I use Google Fit to keep track of my steps and activities, and this app is FREE and much more stable!
I'm done with fitbit now, I removed the app and will never by a new one. I also won't recommend my friends Fitbit anymore, in contrary, I will point them to the issues Fitbit has and that having a working fitbit now will not say that it still works over a month.
Bye Fitbit, for good!
