Very different challenge steps and steps. NOT manually logging or time zone

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

There is a just over 2k difference in my steps and my steps on a Workweek Hustle. All the posts here solve it by saying something was manually logged, logged using GPS, or a timezone problem. I haven't manually logged anything and I don't carry my phone so it can't be the gps. The person issuing the challenge is an hour off my timezone, but all of my steps were logged in times this would not affect. I have reset my Fitbit and restarted my phone. Any ideas on how to get my steps to count.

Hello @txkazzalane, good to see you around! Since you mentioned that you are not manually logging your exercise, make sure your steps have fully synced to our database and you're not viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode which is when your tracker is connected in real time.

I also recommend waiting 15 minutes after syncing your Fitbit data to see if your challenge updates, sometimes it may take a moment while it compiles your information.

In the meantime, someone from our Support Team will be contacting you.

See you soon. Let me know if you have additional questions.
