Visa cardholders can’t use Fitbit Pay to pay for Transit

Our team has identified an issue that is causing some Visa Fitbit Pay transactions to fail when tapping on and off transit readers that accept contactless credit and debit card payments. We’re working to address this issue as soon as possible.

In the meantime, please use a different card in your Fitbit Pay Wallet when tapping to pay for transit.
