Hello @LyeTee thanks for bringing this to my attention, let me give you a hand with this situation and a warm welcome to our Community Forums too.
First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting your device prior to posting. I've not heard of any known problem at the moment, so I can suggest unlinking both accounts and linking them again. For this, on your computer go to fitbit.com, log in with your credentials and once you're in, click on the gear icon at the top right corner. Then go to Settings and here, on the column that is on the left side, click on Apps.
Here, look for the one for Vitality and click on the "Revoke access" button. Then open the Vitality app or website and click on the 'Fitness devices and apps' page under the 'Gym and Fitness' section on the Vitality menu. Finally, click on 'Link my Fitbit account' and you should be all set after that.
If this doesn't work, you might wan to check AIA just to make sure. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

I have spoken with AIA Vitality and have confirmed there is a general issue syncing with Fitbit in Australia. They said it had not been able to sync since the last Fitbit update earlier this week.

Same issue, unable to sync with AIA Vitality Singapore, has been more than 1 week. affected almost all fitbit users. Unable to link, delink (understand it has been locked) and sync exercise activities.
