Hi there,
Charge 2 user here, using the 2.71 app on a Samsung Galaxy S7.
Whenever I go running I track my session through the Fitbit app on my phone (starting it with excercise -> track). Before starting the run I put on the voice cues, selecting average pace and split pace. I select to hear the voice cues after every 1km.
I then start the run, but... when passing my 1st km I don't hear a cue...
What however does happen when I pass that 1st kilometer is that the volume of my music (which runs through Spotify) gets lowered a bit (probably for the voice cue to come in) but then it stays 'silent'.
What's most annoying apart from the voice cue not working is that my music then stays at this lower volume! Also, pressing the exterior volume buttons on my phone don't turn up my music anymore as well. Since i'm in the middle of a run I can't really check my phone properly to see what happens exactly with the volume (as I wear it on my shoulder). It however seems to me that the Fitbit app just bugs out the volume on my phone. Note: this only happens at passing the first kilometer, the volume then stays the same afterwards and obviously I don't hear any further voice cues.
If i don't have voice cues activated the Fitbit app and Spotify run alongside each other just fine.
Any help/suggestions?
Thanks!
