I have a Versa and started fast walking 5k on a track that that has been already measured. It never shows more then 2- 2 1/2 miles. The step count is 5300-5700. How do I get a correct distance?

Assuming you are not  connecting to phone's GPS, check your stride length.

Distance = number of steps times stride length.

 

How do I measure and adjust stride length for my fitbit device?

 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
