The Sense is my first Fitbit. At first the wallet feature worked well and I really enjoyed it.
One day, the wallet app quit working. My credit card image had a loading wheel over it and never seemed to work. I opened the wallet and deleted the card. I guess this was a huge mistake.
I went to set up the wallet again and got the following error: error registering sense with fitbit wallet
I've done everything posted online to try and fix this. Cache clear, app data clear, force quitting, repairing, resync, and most recently I tried the factory reset.
Same error.
I was hopeful that the new firmware update would fix this issue... But no avail.
If a literal factory reset won't work and I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Does anyone have any ideas? Has Fitbit just abandon this feature?
