Just spent $150 on a Fitbit, but it won't sync to my Moto Z Play. I've seen some  VAGUE responses concerning this matter but I want to know if the phone is going to become compatible soon. If I can't get a guarantee or a straight answer, it's getting returned. Extremely disappointed.

Hi @KristenNicole13

I have a Moto Z and wasn't able to get reliable sync with my Blaze, have since sold it and switched to Garmin.

The Moto Z, Moto Z Play, Moto G4 Plus, Moto G5, OnePlus3T, HTC One; LG G4; LG G5; LG V20 and many other handsets are not on the compatible device list. Fitbit has only managed to add the Google Pixel and Samsung S8 in the past week.

These are the only two devices added to the list for 2017; to be honest I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for the Moto's to be added.

Fitbit Ultra | Fitbit One | Fitbit Blaze (SOLD)

@KristenNicole13Your best bet is probably contacting Fitbit support. We are (mostly) just fitbit users trying to help others by sharing our experience. There might be users with the Moto Z willing to share their experience, but nobody in a position to give you guarantees.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
