How can I do this without rooting the Android phone? I don't want or need this app, as I've been using the free Google app FIT.

Hi @NotAFan_ I have an Android phone, too. All you need to do is hold your finger on the app and then you're given the choice to uninstall. If you don't want the app, then uninstall it and everything related to it will go away. No need to root the phone.

To remove fitbit from the Pixel watch.

  • On the phone,
  • Open the play store
  • Search for Fitbit
  • In the list of installed on devices
  • Tap the Pixel watch
  • Tap uninstall

This question should have been asked in the Pixel watch forum at https://support.google.com/s/community

So? No one knows how to remove this annoying app that I don't want or never installed? Talking about on my watch. I'm telling you Google Watch 2 isn't as feature rich as the Samsung Watch 5 which is a generation behind. Anyway guess I'll return the watch if I can't unload this **ahem** Fitbit!

Please tell us the name of the app that you want to remove and from what device.

I don't find either app annoying. Both seem to run quietly in the background for me.
