After charging phone time is not accurate

ok. I would try restarting your fitbit using this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/

 

Hopefully this will get it syncing again (and sort out the time). It's possible that the charging problem will be addressed too although I fear that may be a more serious problem that will require the help of customer support

It's not charging that resets the time, it's when it syncs with your phone or computer. Has your fitbit been through the setup ok and does it seem to be syncing ok?

It won't hold a charge for more than 24 hrs and won't sync now either
