Watch time

The time on my watch is showing 2 hrs less than the time on my phone . It says that sync is up to date

When the time is out by a number of hours I always wonder if it is a problem with the timezone settings in your profile. You can check yours at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile 

 

If you do change it in your profile, you will need to sync again to update your fitbit.

Thank you that has worked. But when it was working fine the day before why should it just change overnight
