I am new to my charge 3 & the screen seems to be stuck on settings - properties. I can't seem to navigate back to my home screen - help please..?

Left side button always takes you back - might take through a couple of screens.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
