Watch will not sync with my android phone

I have a phone droid turbo version number 6.1.0 

i tried everything it will not sync with my versa watch.

i need some help please.

I received a Versa Lite which got unpaired from my Motorola Phone.  I discovered that maybe I had unpaired it because in the Settings it said to pair it if the Music Control is not working, which I did not need.  But you have to set it to "pair" to pair the phone anyway.  On this watch I swiped right to Settings, swiped up to Bluetooth, tapped the screen to manage connections, and it said "Restore Music Controls".  I set it to "pair" and everything was fine after that.  I don't know if the steps are the same for your watch.

"Restore Music Controls" was the misleading instruction that you miss, and may be the way I accidentally unpaired it. They should rethink their commands.

I tried what you did too mine will not sync and will not connect to WiFi I have installed uninstalled paired and unpaired I don't know how many times

Do you have Bluetooth turned on?
I am not that good. I just kept trying different things.
My daughter was able to connect with her IPhone before I got my Android
figured out. It's been a while so I don't remember what exactly I did.

Yes something is wrong with the app and now I decided to try a factory
reset and now my watch is just a paper weight won't sync won't connect to
WiFi and now that I did a factory reset no time epithet stuck on the screen
that says download the fitbit app

I had the same experience.
That's when I had my daughter download the app to her phone. It worked
fine on hers.
But I can't remember what I did to fix mine
When you go to settings - Bluetooth - Restore music controls,. That should
have been programmed to say "Pair Bluetooth to Device". Idiots!
