Weekly reports

I haven't received an email from Fitbit with my weekly report for last two weeks. I have to turn these reports in to work to get discount on my insurance.

Have not received mine either in two weeks!!! They at Fitbit have  not responded to any of the discussion boards when they might get this resolved.  So frustrating for a lot of us, they keep adding new products with no problem, but can not figure out why they are having technology problems.

I called Fitbit today and they said they were aware of problem but don't
yet have a solution. I hope they figure it out soon.

Weird, what changed that all of a sudden we don’t get our reports.  Fitbit sucks right about now.  I would not recommend this product to anyone with all these issues they keep continuing on having.  But, here they don’t have problems with coming out with new products...lol

My Versa doesn't get call and text notifications either at the moment. Love the look of the watch but why can't it do what's it's supposed to do? I thought Android was Android no matter what phone is being used.

Terrible goings on at Fitbit ..one day we might wake up to find they are doing a product recall on the Versa. I sincerely hope not.
