Have not received mine either in two weeks!!! They at Fitbit have not responded to any of the discussion boards when they might get this resolved. So frustrating for a lot of us, they keep adding new products with no problem, but can not figure out why they are having technology problems.
Weird, what changed that all of a sudden we don’t get our reports. Fitbit sucks right about now. I would not recommend this product to anyone with all these issues they keep continuing on having. But, here they don’t have problems with coming out with new products...lol
