I have the same issue when I click the Notifications tab. Cannot load notifications pops up for Notifications and for Messages.
Ionic running 27.32.10.15
Phone is Google Pixel running Oreo 8.1.0
Fitbit App 2.72.1 - Cache has been cleared, and logged out/in, issue still persists.
Best AnswerSame here. Fitbit Blaze on Samsung Note 5. Uninstalled app, reinstalled and had 86 notifications. Once I opened to view, it went back to May 21 and "could not load notifications" again. What gives???
Also frustrating that I can't find a way to contact fitbit to ask them (other than twitter which I don't have) - would be so much easier if we could ask then rather than just a load of people saying they have same issue!
Hi, @KarenEv, you can get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support via contact.fitbit.com.
For others, this seems to have been an issue reported about a month ago. I wouod recommend making sure that you have the latest version of the app.
Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Best AnswerI went into settings on my phone, force closed the app and cleared the cache. It's been working fine since. Good luck!
