My notifications will not update in my app. It says "could not load notifications". I have the Samsung S8. I have disconnected and reconnect my Versa and uninstalled/reinstalled the app and still nothing.

I have the same issue when I click the Notifications tab. Cannot load notifications pops up for Notifications and for Messages.

Same problem - charge 2 and Samsung Galaxy 8. I have looked over the web and tried every solution offered - all to no avail. Hope this is sorted out soon as it seems to be affecting many users.

Same here. Fitbit Blaze on Samsung Note 5. Uninstalled app, reinstalled and had 86 notifications. Once I opened to view, it went back to May 21 and "could not load notifications" again. What gives???

Also frustrating that I can't find a way to contact fitbit to ask them (other than twitter which I don't have) - would be so much easier if we could ask then rather than just a load of people saying they have same issue!

Hi, @KarenEv, you can get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support via contact.fitbit.com.
For others, this seems to have been an issue reported about a month ago. I wouod recommend making sure that you have the latest version of the app.

I went into settings on my phone, force closed the app and cleared the cache. It's been working fine since. Good luck!
