Weight calculations after updating my start weight

I entered my weight when I started using FitBit.  I have updated it regularly, showing an increase over Christmas followed by losses since then.  The display keeps saying I have gained 3 pounds.  It never takes the losses into consideration.  What do I need to do?

Thanks for stopping by @WeaverJean! I moved your post to the Android App Board as there are more chances for you to get an answer here to your inquiry!

Note this happen when you edit your weight goal. The reason of this is because you are entering a new starting weight with the last weight entry you have. So for the app at this point it wont recognized you have lost any weight.

In order to return to the way it was, you need to enter on your starting weight, the same initial weight you had. You can do this from your Account Tab > Look for the "Nutrition & Body" option > In starting weight change back to the first entry you had.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted if you need anything else.
