I have a galaxy note 5 and a fitbit charge 2, they synced and set up fine but now my bluetooth wont stay on. I received texts, it downloaded tracker info. Woke up and synced my sleep...and now it's not working again. Bluetooth wont even come on

Note 5 is a supported device, what version of android you running?

6.0.1 If I reset my fitbit, then it will turn on and sync for a little while. Then it shuts my bluetooth off and won't turn back on again unless I reset phone and fitbit again. I guess it's good enough to sync a couple times a day, but I can't get the text notifications or anything. But it's shutting my bluetooth off and it won't turn on

@AG86, do you have WiFi turned on?  If so, turn it off and see if Bluetooth stays active.  Many phones have a conflict between WiFi and the Bluetooth.
