My start date automatically changed to 8/8/18 and said I only lost one pound when technically my start date was 5/12/18 and I've lost more than 1 pound. Why did it automatically change my start date?

You can change it back. Go to your account then nutritional and body scroll down to the bottom of the page till you see start date. Change it back to when you started and it will or should sync back and give you the full status of what you've lost.

Hi, @JenniferLin! Did you change your weight loss goal? That will reset the start date and weight loss to the date you change it on.

Thank you. I did end up figuring out how to change it back. I just don't get why it changed in the first place.

I did not change my goal. The only going I changed was my food plan.

This is the most frustrating thing because there is no  save option with the Apple app, it took me way to long to get this to work and I worked tech support for for two years so its not like I don't know how to use apps.
