I am looking for help, I've been using the food log to track intake, I want to lose 1# a week and have that set, however I have consistently been in the yellow at the end of my day which is under the daily calorie intake, does anyone know if you have to get into the green "zone" to be more effective or will losing still work if consistently in the yellow. Thanks

As you have chosen a 1lb loss you will be in the green zone if you burn 450-550 more than you eat. Yellow means your deficit is more than 550. If your deficit is in the 600-700 calorie range that is going to be fine but if it is much more than that try increasing your food intake a little to help ensure your body is getting all the nutrition it needs and maintain a steady weight loss of around 1lb a week.
