Weight not showing on Fitbit app

Updated weight, manually entered, not registering on app. Charge 6, galaxy s24. Continuously shows original weight without updating to new manually added weight.

@karen377 Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To work on this together, I'd recommend these steps to get the Fitbit app working correctly.

  1. On the settings of your phone tap Apps > Storage > Fitbit > Clear Cache.
  2. Go back to one screen and tap Force Stop.
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, log a weight record and see if your details get updated this time.
