Wellness Report won't download

I've managed to get one wellness report 5 days ago, but tried this morning, and 8 hours later - just a moment ago, and got the error: 'Something went wrong. We weren't able to generate your Wellness Report. Try again later.'

 

Any clues? Thanks!
