I have tried to download to my phone. I have a Tracfone. I have also tried to download it to my Windows computer as well as a Samsung tablet and always get the same message, "your device is not compatible with this APP." Am I missing something? All the instructions say is download APP from Play store.

@Odyssey13 Thanks for your help.

@ImShellyC @mikalluna501 Welcome to the forums. There is not a list of compatible devices. Here you find the minimum requirementshttps://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices. Note that Windows devices are no longer supported. If the Google Play Store shows you that the device is not compatible, it means Google has restrictions on your device.
