Off the top, I've noticed that "Keep Alive Widget" is gone. I've gotten used to seeing that little icon floating on the top left corner of my phone and now I kinda miss it!

Does anybody notice anything else that's changed?

As mentioned in this help article, some bugs were fixed and stability was improved. Any significant changes will be included in there.

Same.  also noticed the keep alive widget is gone.  is this intentional?

I was worried, but it does not seem to be a problem. As I recall, the Widget debuted at the end of a long connection issue with the Charge 2. I've relied on it since to keep my connection afloat, both with C2 and now the C3. But my connection between Fitbit and phone has been solid so far -- albeit one day's use --  so maybe they no longer needed the Widget.
