Can't pair two Fitbits to one account

Hi 

I have a Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Flex 2, I am unable to link them both to the same andriod app can you please help me ?

Let me help you figure out what is going on with your Fitbits.

When you try to run the set up, what happens? Do you get some sort of error message? If so, what does it say? In addition to that I'd like to ask what phone is it that you are using at the moment.

@LanuzaFitbit @When I try to add new flex 2 under add a device option it asks Switching  ? Followed by an option to switch to Flex 2 if I select it then my account switches to Flex 2@ and my details from Versa do not show

Could you take a screenshot of the option that you mentioned? I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on.

Attached is the screen shot I get . To get this page this is what I did 

1. Open Fitbit app

2. Select the Profile section (left side top corner)

3. Click on setup a device 

4. Then chose Fitbit Flex 2 

5. If I click Switch then I lose my Data on Fitbit Versa
