What notifications does the Android App suport.

Hi everyone,

 

I'm considering buying a Fitbit Charge 2 but before that I need to know what types of notifications are available. For me email (K9)/Skype/WhatsApp are vital, job related. I also need to know if the app supports adding notifications for other third party apps, in a generic way.

It supports pretty much any app, Whatsapp, Gmail, and other random apps I have tested.

 

Be aware; unless your phone is on the compatibility list it probably won't work.

 

Notifications are one of those features that will almost never work for any non compatible device.

 

I would suggest you look at Garmin who have a much more extensive list of supported devices.
