Hi, I have seen there are a number of posts going back more than 6 months asking when the Honor 8 phone will be compatible with fitbit. I have a charge 2.
The Honor 8 is a great phone so I am very disappointed it's not compatible. Please can your tech team advise when it will work.
Thank you.

Hey @Shevy06, let me give you a warm welcome to the Forums! I totally understand you. And let me tell you that our team is always working in order to improve our products and services in order to meet our customer's expectations. Since there are several phones that use Android operation system, is more difficult to make them all of them compatible, but they are working in order to enlarge the list of compatible devices. Please be patient and stay tune on the updates. 😉
I will appreciate your understanding into this matter!

Thanks for your response @Shevy06!
If your Charge 2 isn't receiving call and text notifications, and it is just syncing, I suggest you to take a look at the instructions for Android devices in this post that might help you out to resolve this issue.
Let me know how it goes! 😉

Hey @Ajax002, welcome aboard!
Well, the Huawei Honor 8 hasn't been officially released as a compatible device yet, so I'd like to ask you something, was your Alta HR syncing fine with that phone before? If so, let me suggest you a few things to make this work again:
- Update the Fitbit app to the latest version on your Android
- Turn the Bluetooth off on your phone
- Reboot your phone
- Turn the Bluetooth back on
Let me know how it goes!
