When will Huawei P30 Pro be supported for MobileTrack

Just got the Huawei P30 Pro to replace my trusted Lumia 950XL and find that Mobile Track is no longer working. When will you be getting support in place for the P30 and P30 Pro?

At this time the P30 and P30 Pro is not a supported device. Perhaps you could post about it in our Feature Suggestions board. That way other users can comment and vote on the idea to show their support. Be sure to read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.

That the phone is not on the list means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.

If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.

Oh dear I'm using Huawei P30 at the moment and just purchased fitbit versa today due to the many good reviews. As daunting and disappointing as it is, then to find out that your fitbit versa does not sync with P30 for all the features that we paid for? This is a total disappointment on fitbit. Please do something about it. Seriously....
