So I bought the Samsung note 9 after my iPhone died and I reset it to factory setting. I'm trying to get it to just be a watch until I can get it to Sync with my phone. Any advice and is there an ETA of when the note 9 will be added I need my watch back!

Welcome to the Forums @Anna_Elizabeth8.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the matter.
At this time we do not have any ETA or time frame we could share about when will the Note 9 be added to the list. However please do know that we are regularly testing devices and looking to expand the list.
If you have the time maybe you could support this suggestion to add the Note 9 to the list. You can comment on it or vote for it to show your support. You can read the FAQ if you have any questions about that board.
In the meantime, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

What's the status? Are any Fitbit models compatible with Samsung Note 9?

I'm using a Charge 3 on a Note 9 for over a year with no problems.
